At NEXVO, we want you to be satisfied with our services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel your subscription and request refunds.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days in the billing cycle
2.2 Yearly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Yearly plans are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable after 14 days
2.3 How to Cancel
- Log in to your NEXVO dashboard
- Go to Account Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the confirmation steps

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- 7-Day Money Back Guarantee: New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if not satisfied with our services
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the promised services within the agreed timeframe (excluding delays caused by client)
- Technical Issues: If persistent technical issues prevent you from using our services and we cannot resolve them within 14 days
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- Third-party services already procured on your behalf (hosting, email, etc.)
- Setup fees for custom development work
- Services already rendered or delivered
- Yearly subscription payments after the 14-day cooling-off period
3.3 Refund Amounts

4. How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@nexvo.ae with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and reason for refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to modify cancellation and refund terms on a case-by-case basis.
5.2 Service Level Agreement (SLA) Violations
If we fail to meet our published SLA commitments, you may be eligible for service credits or partial refunds at our discretion.
6. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision:
- Contact our support team for reconsideration
- Escalate to management at support@nexvo.ae if unresolved
- For UAE customers, disputes may be resolved through Dubai courts as per our Terms of Service
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated date.
